Theresa Wilson is a Broker Associate with Bass Lake Realty. She has been licensed since 1996 and holds the title of Top Producing Broker Associate for the company. Theresa is married to Dennis Porter who joined her in real estate as her business partner. They live and work in Bass Lake and together they have 5 children, 5 grandchildren, love to Boat, hike, ski, golf and travel in their RV. Through her profession, Theresa is involved with the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, The California Association of REALTORS®, and the Yosemite Gateway Association of REALTORS®. She is currently the California State President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She has also served as Committee Chair for the 2015-2016 National Women’s Council of REALTORS® Steering Committee. In 2016, Theresa was the President of the Yosemite Gateway Association of REALTORS®. Theresa is very involved with her Bass Lake community. She is the founder and former chairperson of the Yosemite Gateway Monster Rummage Sale which has raised over $109,000.00 for local charities. She is currently on the Bass Lake Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, a committee member for the Bass Lake Sewer Advisory Committee, a director for the Bass Lake Homeowners Association, and the Volunteer Coordinator for the Bass Lake Triathlon.
